Best practices on how to avoid the account block. The importance of respecting the rules The marketing activity on WAp is undoubtedly one of the most effective and profitable. However, it is very important to respect some good practices to avoid being banned by WAp.
First you need to remember that WAp only bans spammers accounts if there have been reports from users. So the most important thing is to have the right behavior towards the customers who receive our messages.
How to do with bulk WAp messages We encourage our customers to use the bulk messages sender to communicate with their customers. But we also recommend to not send unsolicited (spam) messages.
Here are some bits of advice from us to prevent your WAp account from blocking. Have a profile picture, It reduces your chances tagging manually as spam. Have a real content that person agreed than sending random marketing messages then only you can target for sending messages.
Send only some short messages before starting a conversation if you targeting unknown numbers. one should not send long texts or multiple messages without user consents. In a day you can target only 150 unknow numbers with short & personalized messages. Only your customers there registered number with you then you can send unlimited WAp messages to them. Don't send multiple messages after 1st reply from the user, try to get all content in one message only. If your content clearly looks spam it doesn’t matter you use a broadcast list or notification messaging app, You will definitely get banned. Try to engage in conversation, people who are constantly talking to you or adding you to their contact list, Will decrease your chances of getting banned. Think it as like points system if you reach zero you are out i.e, your account is banned, If you engage in conversation or add to contact you get points but if you tagged as spam, you will lose a point. Use minimum 20 to 25 day old WA registered number with same mobile. New sim number is not allow to send notification messages. If your target audiences report your messages in huge quantity like 100 and 200 then your number get banned by WAp Inc.
Use our advance setting for control sending flow of avoid blocking chances. We aren't responsible of the abusive usage that violates WAp terms that might eventually ban your WAp account(s). Our system is designed to minimize risk from getting banned by WAp when sending bulk messages, but there is a risk that we cannot control when users report you as an spammer. If you send too many unsolicited messages to random users, your account might be banned after a while, since users can manually report your account to WAp as spammer. This may cause your account getting banned. We strongly encourage our customers to send legit messages that users are reasonably expecting to receive.
⚠️Note: The important thing to understand is that the account removal doesn't depend on the use of WSTool Pro or other systems, but depends on the use you make of this tool.
So how to do it the best way? Basically, it would be better not to send messages to those who don't know us and don't know our brand or our company.
However, it is obvious that in order to expand our audience and increase the number of customers we must also send messages to those who aren't yet our customers. It is important to find ways to send messages to those who don't know us and at the same time reduce the risk of being reported as a spammer. Best advice 😉 The best way to do this is to include in your message the possibility for the customer to tell you that he no longer wants to receive your messages. In this way the customer is not encouraged to report your number as spam, on the contrary, he is given the opportunity to give his opinion and to express his desire to stop communications. ✅ For example, you can do this by inserting a sentence at the end of the message such as: "If you no longer wish to receive our messages, answer STOP". So you know that you won't have to send messages to that phone number anymore.

How to fix error “Chrome binary could not be found…” ?
Uninstall Google Chrome and then reinstall latest version of Google Chrome. Be also sure that Chrome is installed in this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\
I purchased a license. I have activated the program on my computer. If I change PC in the future, can I still use the same license ?
The license is for 1 PC only. If you change PCs, Same license is not work in other PC. We can’t reset the license.
Why Google Chrome give me error “Incorrect phone number” or “Phone number shared via url is invalid” after scan QR-code?
For incorrect phone number please wait it will skip it or ensure that the first number on your bulk is a right number. Be sure you added the country code before numbers.
It’s sending each line as a separate message.. How can I send entire message as one message with Line breaks ?
From Advanced settings try to set “Text Inject” sending type.
I click Send button, it opens WA Web but it doesn’t start sending messages, Why ?
Please be sure you have last version of software.
I don’t see the QR code in Google Chrome ?
Try to:
-delete cookies in Chrome
-disable your proxy and antivirus
-In Chrome go in Settings > Advanced and disable Hardware acceleration
I have problems to import .csv file with names and numbers, How can I solve it ?
Be sure to import csv with the “;” separator, with names in 1st field and numbers in the 2nd field.
If you have an excel file with names and phone numbers (or only numbers) you can try to use this online tool: https://clikka.net/addprefix/
You have only copy and paste from excel and this tool can add prefix and save in csv (select semicolon as delimiter).
I receive Error “Bulk has been Stopped”… How fix it ?
The cause of the problem is that the app cannot connect to chrome so please do the following:
1) Re-boot the PC
2) Right click on the icon app and select “Run as Administrator”
3) Uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome and then set Chrome as Default Browser
4) Disable any adblocker in Chrome (if you have it)
5) If the problem still exist, uninstall and reinstall Chrome
6) Be sure Chrome is installed in this folder of your PC –> C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\
I receive Error “Invalid number or blocked Number”… How fix it ?
Be sure you are adding country code before numbers. Then restart Chrome and restart the program
It gives error after installing: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 ?

The customization /personalization of message doesn’t work, Why ?
Try to put in the message the tag [[fullname]]. Also you have to disable the “turbo mode” option.
I got the error “Phone number shared via url is invalid” ?
It means that the recipient’s number has no WA or it is inexistent or it has not the Country prefix ( +91 for India, +1 for USA..)
My WAp number got banned, Why this happened? How to avoid this ?
IMPORTANT NOTE: WSTool Pro allows you to easy communicate with recipients that expect receive your messages (Eg. clients, Family members , students , patients , etc..), and it’s NOT A SPAM TOOL. We are not responsible if you got banned.

1. I can’t download WSTOOL Pro Business Edition Chrome detects it to be malicious
Our software is clean and secure. Please try to download the program with another browser, like Edge or Firefox.
2. Does WSTool Pro Business Edition works with personal or business WApp account?
it works with both personal and business account. We suggest to use with a WApp account installed in a dedicated device (smartphone/tablet)
3. Does WSTool Pro Business Edition support automatic number saving?
WSTool Pro Business Edition is able to save customer’s number and ask also the name to the customer to save in its database. If the number is saved in the phone book of BOT device then the number will not be saved in the software database. (We recommend to use as BOT a phone with an empty phonebook, so all contacts will be correctly saved in the software database).
4. The offer images are not sent to some customers, why?
The images cannot be sent to numbers that are already saved in the phone book of BOT device. We recommend to use as BOT a phone with an empty phonebook.
5. The WSTool Pro Business Edition is not working anymore, why?
Please be sure you have last version of software, go in DOWNLOAD page to download last version
6. I don’t see the QR code in Google Chrome
Try to:
